Tony du

Tony Du is a seasoned professional in the field of product development, currently serving as a Process Development Manager at e.l.f. Cosmetics since October 2017. Prior to this role, Tony held the position of Assistant R&D Manager for Global Hair Process at Unilever, where responsibilities included leading and supporting global hair innovation projects and scaling up hair product processes. Earlier experience also includes an internship as an R&D research assistant at Ecolab, focusing on new detergent formulations and designing consumer-driven cleaning processes. Tony Du holds a Doctorate in Chemical Biology Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, both obtained from East China University of Science and Technology.
