Laura Otani

Laura Otani has extensive experience in the design and packaging industry, working for various companies over the years. Laura is currently the Head of Packaging and Sustainable Design at E.L.F. Beauty. Prior to this role, they were the Principal at Otani Design LLC.

From 2013 to 2019, Laura served as the Executive Director of Concept and Design at Estée Lauder, where they led a team of designers and collaborated with various departments to achieve successful design outcomes.

Before joining Estée Lauder, they worked as the Design Director at NARS Cosmetics and as a Package Designer at Baron & Baron. Laura also had their own design firm, Laura Otani Design, from 2000 to 2008.
