Neha Gohil

Neha Gohil has a strong background in supply chain and manufacturing, with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Neha currently holds the position of Vice President of Global Sourcing & Strategic Extensions at E.L.F. Beauty. Prior to this, Neha served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Kendo Brands, where they led global manufacturing, quality, purchasing, sourcing, and project management. Neha also held senior roles at Perricone MD, Bare Escentuals, Neutrogena, Johnson & Johnson, McMaster-Carr Supply Company, and Procter & Gamble. Neha's expertise lies in supply chain management, inventory management, vendor relations, and process improvement.

Neha Gohil pursued their education with determination and focus. From 1995 to 2000, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Chemical Engineering. Building on this foundation, Neha decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills by enrolling in the NYU Stern School of Business from 2004 to 2007. During this time, they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Marketing and Management.
