Richard F. Baruch Jr.

Rich joined e.l.f. in 2014. Prior to e.l.f., he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Schiff Nutrition (NYSE:SHF), where he worked with leading brands including Airborne and MegaRed. Before Schiff, he was Vice President, Category Advisory Services at Coca-Cola Refreshments, a division of The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to this, Rich was President and Chief Operating Officer of Cotn’Wash Inc., a laundry products company. He also spent 14 years in leadership roles at The Clorox Company. Rich began his career at Procter & Gamble. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
