Scott K. Milsten

Scott joined e.l.f. in 2014 and became our Chief People Officer in 2016. At e.l.f., he is responsible for all aspects of the legal and human resources functions. Before e.l.f., Scott served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Schiff Nutrition (NYSE: SHF), where he led two acquisitions and the sale process to Reckitt Benckiser. Prior to that, Scott was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Celera Corporation (Nasdaq: CRA). Scott began his career practicing corporate law with the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP. He holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. in English from Duke University.
