Vioan Yang

Vioan Yang is an experienced operations and supply chain professional with a career spanning from April 2004 to the present. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Planning at E.L.F. BEAUTY since August 2016, Vioan Yang focuses on supply and service management, contract manufacturer vendor management, logistics management, and operations optimization. Previously, Vioan Yang worked at 3M in the Health Care Business as a Supply Chain Manager, where contributions included establishing the S&OP process for the APAC region, inventory and demand management, and optimizing warehouse processes. Vioan Yang also held the position of Senior Supply Chain Analyst at 3M, reinforcing a solid foundation in supply chain management practices.
