Pankaj Rayamajhi

Pankaj Rayamajhi currently serves as the Chief of Finance and Operations at E.L. Haynes Public Charter School since July 2023. Previously, Pankaj held various leadership roles within the District of Columbia Public Schools from February 2013 to June 2023, including Director of Strategy & Logistics, where responsibilities included managing over 40 staff and contractors and overseeing staffing for 47 secondary schools. Additional roles at DCPS included Manager of Strategic School Staffing and HR Staffing Specialist, where Pankaj played a key role in recruitment, personnel budgeting, and the implementation of innovative hiring strategies. Pankaj's earlier experience includes a position as Human Resources Manager at the DC Department of Parks and Recreation and various administrative roles in other organizations. Pankaj holds an Executive Master's in Leadership from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Delhi University.
