Jeremy Rosenfeld is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in human resources, strategy, and finance operations, currently serving as Senior Director, Global Strategy & Finance Operations (Chief of Staff) at the NBA since June 2002. In this role, Jeremy oversees project management and departmental operations while being an integral member of the Finance Leadership team. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director and Senior HR Generalist, where Jeremy provided HR support across global teams, and Senior Manager of Learning and Development, focusing on organizational training needs. Earlier career highlights include consulting at Sibson Consulting and advising on compensation strategies at JP Morgan.
