Theoni Karlessi

Theoni Karlessi is an accomplished Senior Consultant at EvolutionProjects+ since March 2021, specializing in Smart Cities and EU funded project management. With extensive experience as a Senior Research Associate and Project Manager at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Theoni has expertise in energy efficiency, environmental impact assessments, and thermal comfort. As a Sustainability & Climate Change Consultant for PARNONAS S.A., Theoni focuses on community-led development strategies. Additionally, Theoni serves as a Professional Trainer at the E-Learning University of Athens, teaching courses on energy efficiency in buildings. Theoni's previous roles include certified expert of environmental impacts assessments with the Ministry of Infrastructure, as well as research associate positions at institutions including the University of Sydney and REGENERA. Theoni holds a PhD in Physics and multiple degrees in environmental physics and business administration.
