Gloria O’neil

Executive Chair at E-Line Media

In addition to her role as Executive Chair at E-Line, Gloria also currently serves as the President and CEO of Cook Inlet Tribal Council (CITC), an innovative nonprofit that provides educational and social services to Alaska Natives and American Indian people in the Cook Inlet Region of Alaska. Gloria also serves on the Board of Regents for the University of Alaska, was appointed by U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius to serve on the Secretary’s Tribal Advisory Committee, and is a former member of the Department of the Interior Tribal/Interior Budget Council and the Race and Ethnicity Advisory Committee of the U.S. Census Bureau. Gloria is a Fellow of the Annie E. Casey Foundation Children and Family Fellowship Program.
