Peter Pritchard

Peter Pritchard currently serves as the Remuneration Committee Chair and Non Executive Director at AO and Motability Operations Ltd, as well as a Non Executive Director at The Nutriment Company. With extensive experience in executive leadership roles, Pritchard held the position of Group Chief Executive Officer at Pets at Home from March 2018 to June 2022, and previously served in various capacities at Pets at Home from 2011 to 2018, as well as positions at Wilko and Asda. Pritchard's academic background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Stirling, completed in 1999. Additionally, Pritchard is the Chairman of Agrifarma S.p.A. and was the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Fressnapf Holding SE from July 2024 to October 2025, following the sale of Arca to Fressnapf in December 2024.
