Peter Durnil has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Peter started their career in 2003 as a Sergeant/Team Leader in the U.S. Army National Guard, where they worked as a Signal Support Systems Specialist, handling computers, servers, and switches. After leaving the military in 2009, they joined Cedar Falls Utilities as a Help Desk Technician for a year. In 2010, they transitioned to EO Johnson Business Technologies, where they held the role of Support Center Manager. In this position, they focused on improving client satisfaction and providing technical support for various network devices. Peter took on the additional responsibility of leading the EO Johnson - Locknet Support Center. Finally, in 2021, they joined Locknet Managed IT as the Director of Operations, where they oversee operations and ensures smooth functioning of the company. Throughout their career, Peter has gained valuable experience in leadership, managing stress, and dealing with critical situations.
