Team Lead Customer Support at e.ocean

Hunain Ali is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, marketing, and operations. Currently serving as the Team Lead for Customer Support at e.ocean since March 2019, Hunain facilitates effective communication with telecommunications companies to ensure prompt issue resolution. In addition to this role, Hunain has been managing day-to-day operations at Alpha Water since September 2012. Previous experience includes serving as an invigilator for the British Council from April 2018 to April 2019 and working as an Email Analyst at United Bank Limited from January 2017 to February 2019, where management of branch emails was a key responsibility. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Finance with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology, obtained between 2013 and 2017.
