Pavel Šijan

Pavel Šijan has a diverse work experience. Pavel started their career as a Store Manager at Kaufland Česká republika v.o.s. in 2011 where they were responsible for managing and motivating a team, analyzing sales figures, and ensuring quality standards were met. In 2013, they joined MHA s.r.o. as a Marketing Executive and Buyer, where they liaised with clients and managed the production of marketing materials. In 2015, Pavel joined OKAY s.r.o. as a Senior Marketing Specialist, responsible for various outdoor advertising activities and producing marketing materials. In 2018, they transitioned to E.ON CZ as a Senior Specialist and Deputy Head of Document Management and Digitization, eventually becoming the Head of Document Management and Digitization. Most recently, in 2022, they worked as a Business Administration Project Manager on an international project at E.ON CZ.

Pavel Šijan has a diverse education history and has obtained multiple degrees and certifications. Pavel earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management from the College of Polytechnics in Jihlava, graduating in 2009. Following this, Pavel pursued a Master's degree in Management from the Prague University of Economics and Business, completing their studies in 2011. In 2013, they attended the University of Pardubice and received a certificate in Modern Technologies in Polygraphy. Additionally, Pavel participated in a certificate program called Erasmus Intership at Niels Brock in 2008, specializing in Marketing and Management.

Furthermore, Pavel Šijan recently obtained a certification in Facility management - manažér from the FM Institute s.r.o. in June 2022.
