Martina Cataldo

Martina Cataldo has a diverse work experience in various positions. Martina started their career as an Intern in Strategic Marketing at Tenova SpA in 2010. Later, they worked as a Project Controller at Tenova Metals Deutschland GmbH from September 2010 to June 2016. Martina also held the role of Controller and Project Controller at the same company from July 2013 to June 2016. From July 2016 to September 2017, Martina worked as a Controller at WKW.automotive. Martina then joined innogy SE as a Performance Manager from October 2017 to December 2019. Martina continued working at innogy SE as a Digital Booster, focusing on Data Analytics from January 2020 to December 2020. Martina then moved to E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH, where they worked as a Digital Booster with a focus on Data Analytics from January 2021 to March 2021. Martina is currently working as a Business Controller in Digital Finance at the same company starting from April 2021. Additionally, they hold the position of Data Analyst in the COO Business Management department, starting in April 2022.

Martina Cataldo earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova from 2005 to 2010. Martina then pursued a MicroMaster in Data Science from UC San Diego in 2020-2021. Currently, they are enrolled in an MBA program in Sustainability Management at SRH Fernhochschule - The Mobile University, expected to be completed in 2024. Martina has also obtained various certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in 2022.
