Philipp Schmid

Philipp Schmid has extensive work experience in the human resources field, particularly within the E.ON group of companies. Philipp most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources at E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH since August 2021. Prior to that, they held various senior positions within the organization, including Senior VP HR at E.ON Energie Dialog GmbH from July 2020 to August 2021 and Senior Vice President HR at E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH from May 2016 to June 2020. Before joining E.ON, Philipp worked as a Senior HR Manager at e.kundenservice Netz GmbH from January 2014 to April 2016, and as a Senior HR Business Partner at E.ON Global Commodities SE from March 2008 to December 2013. Philipp began their career as a Trainee in the HR department at E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH from March 2007 to March 2008.

Philipp Schmid obtained an Associate of Science - AS degree in Energiewirtschaft from RWTH Aachen University between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Fachhochschule Hof from 2002 to 2006.
