Paul Faes serves as the Business Strategy Officer at ESCbv since December 2023, where responsibilities include driving growth across all workloads in the Benelux region and fostering a strategic partnership with Microsoft. Prior to this role, Paul accumulated extensive experience at Microsoft from February 1996 to December 2023, holding various leadership positions such as SMB Lead for Microsoft Belux, Business Application Lead, and Public Sector Lead, each focusing on cloud adoption and market strategies for different sectors. Notably, Paul contributed to the integration and transformation of Microsoft Dynamics365 and played a key role in building the ISV community in the Benelux region. Earlier in their career, Paul worked as a Sales Representative at ICL Benelux, where Paul began as a trainee and advanced to sales management. Paul earned a Master’s Degree in Economics from UFSIA between 1982 and 1986.
