Don Winter

Don Winter has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Don is currently working as Vice President Marketing at eShare since April 2023. Previously, they served as Vice President, Marketing at POWWR from an unknown start date to April 2023, where they led a remote international team and transformed the department with new digital tools and strategies. Don also worked as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Wildlife Trading Company from an unknown start date to 2019, where they directed marketing and sales efforts and played a key role in increasing the client base and establishing a new brand identity. Don also has experience as Vice President of Marketing at Wildlife Artists Inc, as well as a Marketing Director role at both Wildlife Artists Inc and Wildlife Trading Company.

Prior to their roles in the wildlife industry, Don worked independently as a Marketing, Branding, Research & Strategy Consultant at Winter Consulting LLC from 2015 to 2019, providing strategic insights and marketing recommendations to various clients. Don also served as the Senior Vice President at Ipsos MediaCT from 2011 to 2015, overseeing the custom research revenue and operations of the Audience Measurement Group. Before that, Don held positions at Harrison Group as Vice President and Director, where they launched and directed research and consulting initiatives, and at Yankelovich Partners as Director, Senior Associate, and Associate, where they gained experience in market research.

Don Winter attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Sociology.
