Pooja Srivastava

Pooja Srivastava has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pooja started their career in 2006 at Taj Bengal, where they completed various projects related to competency mapping and training program effectiveness. Pooja then moved on to TCS in 2007, where they served as a Business Partner/Executive HR, responsible for developing initiatives and policies for the welfare of associates and acting as the HR point of contact for projects. In 2010, they joined Tata Consultancy Services Ltd and worked in the Resource Management Group, handling staffing and revenue generation for the Insurance unit. Currently, since 2014, they have been working at E-Solutions, first as a Customer Success Manager and then as a Client Director Strategic Accounts, excelling in customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and strategic planning.

Pooja Srivastava received their MBA in Human Resources from IBS Kolkata in the years 2005-2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in HR from BIT Mesra, Ranchi between 2001 and 2004. Pooja completed their Senior Secondary School education with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology at MGM Senior Secondary School, Bokaro from 1999 to 2001. Pooja pursued their early education at Bishop Westcott Girls School, Ranchi where they completed their ICSE in Science from 1985 to 1999.
