Chris Browning

Chris Browning is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and analytics across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Performance Analytics at e-TeleQuote Insurance Inc. since September 2021, Chris has previously held significant positions including Chief Operating Officer and multiple director roles in operations at Sutherland Global Services and Sitel. With a foundation in account operations and site management, Chris has demonstrated expertise in client relations, performance management, and strategic oversight in multi-site operations. Chris holds an Associate Degree in Business Management from Huntington Junior College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree from Marshall University.
