Katie Gallop

Katie Gallop is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of HR at e-therapeutics PLC since September 2023. Previously, Katie held the position of Group Chief People Officer at Your Doctor Holdings Limited from May 2021 to May 2023, and served as HR Director at Cirkle from August 2016 to September 2020. Earlier roles include Change Manager at ICON plc and HR Manager for the UK, Ireland, and South Africa at DOCS. Katie's HR career began as HR Manager at The Clinton Partnership and as HR & Office Manager at The List Ltd. Katie holds an MA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Glasgow, a PG Dip in Human Resource Management from the University of West London, and an MSc in Media Management from the University of Stirling.
