Harshal Gotmare

Harshal Gotmare began their work experience in 2011 as a Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra. Harshal then worked as a Summer Intern at Bank of Baroda in 2013. In 2014, they became a Social Media Intern at Amura Marketing Technologies. Later that year, they joined e-Zest Solutions as a Proposal Support Executive. Harshal then progressed to become a Bid Manager and Proposal Writer, and eventually the Head of IO Presales and Bid Management. In their current role, Harshal is responsible for generating new business and expanding the client portfolio in the Not-for-Profit/Government/IMPACT segment. Harshal also manages a team of Bid Managers and ensures process compliance and continual improvement.

Harshal Gotmare completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunications from St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Harshal has acquired two certifications: IBM Blockchain Essentials V2 from IBM in May 2021 and APMP® Bid and Proposal Management Foundation 2019 from APMP in October 2019.
