David Crossley

David Crossley has over 15 years of diverse work experience. David has served as the Director of IT Asset & Tech Lab Manager at E2D - Eliminate the Digital Divide since 2023, where they provide leadership and mentoring to emerging professionals. Prior to this, they were a Loan Officer at Rocket Mortgage in 2022, demonstrating expertise in mortgage law and client engagement. From 2012 to 2022, they served as the Fractional Executive Director at The Magnitude Group, focusing on governance, compliance, and strategic planning. In 2012, David founded AFC, where they created systems for delivering human services and counseling. David also worked at Great Lakes Wireless as the Project Manager of Sales in 2021, implementing a consignment program and leading marketing campaigns. David served as the Sales Director at Communications Professionals from 2019 to 2021, overseeing government sales operations and implementing policies and procedures. David was the President of Kairos Ministerial Institute from 2014 to 2019, leading initiatives in student recruitment and program development. Additionally, David has experience as an Operations Manager at BrHen Tech in 2014, Senior Sales Representative at Molina Healthcare from 2013 to 2014, and Chief of Staff at the State of Michigan from 2007 to 2013. In these roles, they contributed to legislative initiatives, managed campaigns, and established efficient office management practices.

David Crossley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Rochester University, where they were a candidate for the degree. David also has an Associate's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Rhema Bible College, which they earned between 1997 and 1999.
