Elena Marinska-Lopez, CRME has a diverse work experience with roles in various companies. In 2010, they started working at Greystone Hotels as the Reservations and Revenue Manager for Creekside Inn in Palo Alto. Elena then transitioned to become the San Francisco Area Revenue Manager in 2015 and eventually became the Area Director of Revenue Management in 2018. In 2019, Elena joined e2f, inc. as the Director of Customer Experience Strategy and e-Learning. Elena later took on the role of Chief People Officer in July 2020.

Elena Marinska-Lopez, CRME, completed their education with a Master's of Science degree in Economics from the University of National and World Economy. Elena attended the university from 1991 to 1996.

Prior to that, they spent the academic year of 1990-1991 at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO, where they pursued studies in International Relations.

In addition to their formal education, Elena Marinska-Lopez also holds a certification in Inclusive Selling for Leaders, which they obtained from LinkedIn in April 2022.
