Luis Garcia

Luis Garcia has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Luis started their career in 2001 as an Assistant Director of Admissions at Millersville University, where they played a vital role in increasing enrollment and implementing targeted marketing plans. In 2005, they became a Business Owner at Wise Buy Auto Dealership until 2009. Following this, they worked as the Director for Student Access and Support at Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education from 2008 to 2012, overseeing Partnership Program initiatives and managing a significant budget. From 2012 to 2014, Luis served as a Family Resource Specialist at Justice Works Youth Care, providing support to families and youth. Currently, they are working as a Health Information Management Consultant at e4 Services, leveraging their expertise in the field.

Luis Garcia attended Berks Technical Institute from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD. Following this, they enrolled at Penn State University from 1995 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Administration of Justice.
