Monish Mukherjee

Monish Mukherjee is a Power Systems Research Engineer at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since January 2020, where responsibilities include executing project deliverables and writing technical papers. As a Distinguished Graduate Research Fellow, Monish has contributed to projects such as the Framework for Simulating Transactive Microgrid, focusing on microgrid market architecture and co-simulation development. Additionally, Monish serves as a WSU-E8 Fellow at E8 Angels, supporting due diligence for early-stage clean technology companies. Previous experience includes a Graduate Research Assistant position at Washington State University, where work centered on advanced distribution management systems. Monish holds a Ph.D. in Power Systems from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jadavpur University.
