Frank Aquino

Frank Aquino has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Frank started their career in 1984 as an Assistant VP and Senior Attorney at Alexander & Alexander Services Inc., where they worked until 1997. In 1998, they joined EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC as Vice President & General Counsel. Frank currently holds this position. In 2006, Aquino became a Board Member of the Board of Education - Howard County, MD. Frank served in this role for 8 years, including three years as Chairman and 2 years as Vice Chairman. Additionally, they served on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Association of Boards of Education (MABE) for 3 years.

Frank Aquino's education history begins with their attendance at Saint Peters Preparatory from 1971 to 1975. Frank then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick, majoring in Economics and minoring in American History. Frank's undergraduate education took place from 1975 to 1979.
