Jessica Spruill

Jessica Spruill is a skilled Water Resource Engineer and Junior Officer with a strong background in environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Junior Officer on the NOAA Ship Fairweather since January 2020, Jessica's primary mission involves mapping the ocean floor to enhance navigation safety and commerce. Prior experience includes roles as a Water Resource Engineer at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., and CH2M, as well as an internship focused on Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene with the World Health Organization. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
