Kelly Hartman

Kelly Hartman is an experienced environmental scientist and GIS analyst, currently working at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. since April 2010. Based in the Honolulu office, Kelly specializes in natural resource management, stormwater permitting, and the application of geographic information systems (GIS). Prior to this role, Kelly served as a GIS Specialist at the Hawaii Division of Forestry and Wildlife from February 2008 to December 2009 and as a Recreation Specialist with the United States Department of Defense from 2004 to 2009. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Management with a focus on Hydrology and Water Resources Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, obtained in 2010.
