Joshua W. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joshua started as a Junior Corporate Finance Analyst at Bluebox Corporate Finance Group in 2014 and then moved on to become a Corporate Development Manager at Flip Out International in 2015. Joshua joined Invenio Corporate Finance in 2018 as a Corporate Finance and Origination specialist until 2020. In 2020, they co-founded Igneo, a platform for real-time data on fire safety, which was later acquired by the Fire Industry Association. From 2023 onwards, they served as a Strategic Advisor at Hashtag United and joined BEW Electrical Distributors Ltd as a member of the Advisory Board, where they contributed to refinancing and growth strategies. Joshua currently holds the position of Director of Corporate Development at EA-RS Group Ltd.

Joshua W. attended New Hall School from 2008 to 2014 and obtained 11 GCSE's. In terms of additional certifications, they received a Certificate in Corporate Finance and Corporate Finance Regulation from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in 2021. In 2020, they obtained the Investment Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute, and the Financial Modeling and Forecasting Financial Statements certification from LinkedIn. In 2017, they received the Corporate Finance Technical Foundations certification from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and the LEC 3 Energy Procurement certification from the Energy Managers Association.
