Smriti Srivastava

Smriti Srivastava has a diverse work experience spanning several fields and roles. In 2015, they started their career as an English Teacher at SVM Public School in Gorakhpur. Smriti then transitioned to become an Education Coordinator at Stepping Stone Inter College in 2018, where they were responsible for teaching and scheduling educational programs, as well as training new staff. In 2019, Smriti joined Bharti Airtel as a Management Information System Executive, where they gathered various reports and performed MIS reporting. Smriti then worked as a US/Canada Recruiter at Resource Logistics Inc. from July 2021 to August 2022. In 2022, they joined EA Team Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, handling the full life cycle recruitment process and sourcing candidates for non-IT/functional roles. Currently, they are working as a Technical Recruiter at Enterprise Solutions Inc., a leading minority-owned IT and engineering services staffing firm.

From 2018 to 2020, Smriti Srivastava pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and HR from J S University in Sikohabaad, Uttar Pradesh.
