Vinay Kumar

Vinay Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Vinay has held various roles in finance, accounting, operations, and recruitment across different companies.

Starting in 2009, they worked as an Accountant at Friends Tech, where they handled accounts payable, accounts receivable, and coordinated with the sales team.

In 2012, they joined Achme Communication as an Accountant for the duration of one year.

From 2013 to 2014, they served as an Accounting Team Lead at Atkku Services LLC, where they managed accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll departments.

Vinay then joined Xpitax Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2014 as a Team Lead, responsible for preparing tax returns and managing bookkeeping records.

From 2015 to 2017, Vinay worked at LogicG as a Senior Finance Manager, ensuring accurate accounting, auditing, and proper cash flow. Vinay later took on the role of HR & Accounts Manager, handling reconciliation and generating budgets and forecasts.

In 2017, they joined Zen3 as a US Finance/Accounts professional, overseeing daily operations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.

Following this, Vinay served as a US and India Finance Manager at IT Ideology from 2018 to 2019, where they managed end-to-end accounting processes and established accounts systems.

In 2019, they became the Director of Operations at iPolarity LLC, leading finance, HR, contracts, sales, and recruitment functions.

In 2020, Vinay worked as a Senior Finance Controller at King Rose Construction, responsible for finance and accounting tasks.

Currently, since 2020, they serve as the Director of Operations & Recruitments at EA Team Inc and previously held positions as a Senior Finance and Accounts Manager and Accounts Manager. In these roles, they managed finance operations, handled payroll, tax notices, legal compliances, and provided back office services such as accounts payable and collection. Vinay also specialized in business analysis, business intelligence, data warehousing, and client handling with a focus on IT technologies.

Vinay Kumar completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Sri Krishnadevaraya University in 2011. Additionally, in July 2016, they obtained a QuickBooks Certification from Intuit.
