Lynne Sampson

Lynne Sampson has over 30 years of experience in HR roles. Lynne most recently worked as an HR Director at EA Technology. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR & Learning at ESSAR OIL (UK) LIMITED, where they led the HR function and managed the integration following the Transfer of Undertakings shift from Shell to Essar. Lynne also worked as an HR Manager at Shell and BP, providing leadership and support in strategic HR initiatives. Earlier in their career, they held HR roles at Basell Polyolefins, Montell Polyolefins (UK) Ltd, and SHELL CHEMICALS UK LTD. Throughout their career, Lynne has demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, change management, talent and resourcing, ER/IR, reward and benefits, and HR operations.

Lynne Sampson (MCIPD) obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Modern Languages & Literature, specializing in French and Spanish, from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 1984 and 1987. Following that, they pursued a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Salford College of Technology from 1987 to 1990. Additionally, they hold the MCIPD certification from CIPD.
