Kaitlyn White serves as the Director of Account Management and Customer Success Strategy & Operations at EAB, a role held since December 2016, where responsibilities include creating and managing scalable infrastructure for revenue and service performance planning. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and also studied at Radboud University in 2010.
