Katy Chew

Katy Chew is a seasoned professional in user experience design, currently serving as the Sr. Director of User Experience at EAB since July 2013, having previously held various roles within the same organization, including Director and Associate Director. Prior experience includes positions as Lead User Experience Designer at SAP SuccessFactors and User Experience Lead at Plateau Systems, as well as a Sr User Experience Analyst role at Heuristic Solutions. Katy's career began at Marriott International, where significant roles included Manager of Information Architecture and Sr Information Architect. Additional experience was gained as a Sr Information Architect at SapientRazorfish. Katy Chew holds an MA in Human Factors & Applied Cognitive Psychology from George Mason University and a BA in Psychology with a minor in Spanish literature from Lafayette College.
