Griffin Melia

Griffin Melia has held various positions in the marketing and operations fields since 2018. In that year, they were the Recruiting Operations Analyst at IntelyCare, where they were the first hire for this role and reported directly to one of the co-founders. Griffin was responsible for creating a system and processes to drive recruiting and credentialing efficiencies. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at FareHarbor as a Senior Account Manager and then an Account Manager in the mid-market. Most recently, they have been the Affiliate Marketing Manager at eAccountable since 2022 and previously held the role of Partnerships Manager, Affiliate Marketing at Thrasio, a consumer goods company.

Griffin Melia attended Elon University - Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - BSBA, with a focus in Finance and a minor in Accounting. Additionally, they obtained an Expert certification in impact.com Product Training in September 2022.
