Alison's tenure at Coty included roles such as Global Marketing Director for Marc Jacobs & Calvin Klein Fragrances and Senior Global Marketing Manager for Calvin Klein Fragrances, where significant product launches and strategies were executed. Earlier experience includes Assistant Vice President of Marketing at Sotheby’s Luxury Division, where Alison drove record-breaking sales through innovative campaigns, and various marketing roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and Mercer H&B Consulting. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Marketing from the University of Rochester, along with certificates in Marketing, Accounting, and Finance from Simon Business School.
