Théo Scubla

Théo Scubla has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and companies. Théo is the co-founder and President/CEO of each One, an organization that implements education to employment programs for newcomers and refugees. Théo founded each One in 2015 and has positively impacted the lives of over 10,000 people through the organization by enabling job placements and engaging with communities. Alongside each One, they are also the CEO of WERO, a consulting and recruitment agency specialized in refugees job placement. Théo co-founded WERO in 2018 with the mission of connecting companies with talented individuals from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, Théo has been involved in various speaking engagements and has given over 110 conferences on topics such as entrepreneurship, social impact, diversity, and inclusion. Théo has served as an Ambassador for One Young World, a Fellow at Sigma Squared Society, and an Ambassador for the Community Education and Employment at Mouvement Impact France. In 2023, they will be the author of the book "Le Grand Rapprochement" published by Le cherche midi éditeur.

Théo Scubla began their education in 2010 at Lycée Clémence Royer de Fonsorbes where they completed their French Baccalauréat in Scientific S programme in 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Lycée Louis-le-Grand, where they pursued a Preparatory class ECS (économique and commerciale option scientifique), focusing on mathematics. In 2014, Théo participated in a summer program at King's College London, specializing in English. Their educational journey continued from 2015 to 2019 at ESCP Business School, where they obtained a Master in Management (MiM), Programme Grande École degree, in the field of Business Administration and Management.
