Dr Kelly Cassidy

Dr. Kelly Cassidy is a professional with extensive experience in workforce diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Workforce Diversity and Inclusion Lead at EACH since December 2020. Dr. Cassidy held various roles at Swinburne University of Technology from January 2011 to December 2023, including Adjunct Industry Professional, Academic Director for Vietnam, and Lecturer, specializing in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management, along with mentoring Work Integrated Learning projects. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of Directors at the Australian Chamber of Commerce Vietnam from April to October 2021 and as Policy and Program Manager for the Australia-Vietnam Leadership Dialogue from August 2020 to October 2021. Previous roles include Academic Course Manager at Box Hill Institute, Senior Research Fellow at Griffith University, and significant experience in sales and marketing within the leisure, travel, and tourism industry. Dr. Cassidy earned a PhD in Tourism and Hospitality Management and a Master’s degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management from Griffith University, along with an Associate Degree in Travel and Tourism.
