Aline D. Masuda

Aline D. Masuda is a seasoned academic and researcher currently serving as a Professor and Co-Director for the Department of People Management at EADA Business School Barcelona since October 2008, focusing on organizational behavior, leadership, and cross-cultural management for MBA and Master's students. Aline's research interests encompass motivation, self-regulation, work-family dynamics, and flexible working arrangements. Previous roles include Post Doctoral Researcher at IESE Business School, where Aline researched work stress and career management, and roles in international project management at Towers Perrin and TNS, along with research and teaching positions in the U.S. and Kenya. Aline holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University at Albany and a Master's degree from Missouri State University, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School.
