Paco León Lerma

Paco León Lerma is the founder and director of Lionship, specializing in the development of advisory and mentoring programs for directors and sales managers. With extensive academic involvement, Paco serves as a leadership associate professor at multiple institutions, including EADA Business School, La Salle International Graduate School, and ESEUNE Business School España, where leadership and sales transformation skills are key focuses. Additionally, Paco co-leads the Spain Chapter of the Sales Enablement Society, advocating for professional excellence in sales.
