Gideon Bartov

Gideon Bartov is a Senior Scientist at Eurofins | EAG Laboratories, specializing in Glow-discharge mass spectrometry (GDMS) analysis and method development for non-conductive materials. Previously, Gideon served as a Laboratory Manager at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they ensured the smooth operation of multiple analytical laboratories, trained students, and coordinated laboratory equipment maintenance. Gideon holds a Ph.D. in Geochemistry and a B.S. in Geology/Earth Science, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to their current role, Gideon worked as a consultant, providing technical support and troubleshooting for various laboratory instruments.
