Peter Zhao

Peter Zhao is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in analytical chemistry. Currently serving as Manager and Senior Scientist for SIMS Services at Evans Analytical Group since December 2004, Peter Zhao specializes in SIMS analysis of various materials, including Si, SiC, ZnO, CIGS, metals, and II-VI materials, and oversees the operation and maintenance of more than 10 Cameca and IONTOF SIMS instruments. Prior to this role, Peter Zhao was a Research Assistant and PhD student in the Department of Chemistry at the University of North Texas from September 1999 to December 2004, focusing on Ta and Ru-based diffusion barriers and adhesion promoters in Cu/SiO2 and Cu/low k integration. Peter Zhao earned a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of North Texas in 2004.
