Eager Labs
Sean Lindsay's work experience begins in 1998 when they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Novera Software. From 2000 to 2001, they served as the Chief Architect at Epesi Technologies. Sean then moved on to Upromise, where they worked as a Technical Lead from 2001 to 2002. Following this, Sean joined BEA Systems as a Technical Lead from 2002 to 2004.
In 2004, they became the Chief Architect at PanGo Networks, a role they held until 2007. During this time, they also co-founded Viximo and served as the company's Chief Technology Officer until 2012.
In 2012, Sean became the Chief Technology Officer at Tapjoy until 2016. Sean then became a Board Member at Talla from 2016 to 2020.
Additionally, Sean has served as an Advisor and Mentor to various startups, including Crystal, HelpScout, Draft, Weft, Boundless, Nimbit, and StartStreet. Sean has also been a Mentor at startup accelerator programs such as TechStars and MassChallenge.
Lastly, Sean founded Eager Labs in 2017, where they currently serve as the Founder. Eager Labs provides leadership and talent development programs to help leaders in scaling organizations grow.
Sean Lindsay attended Boston University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. Sean then continued their education at Boston University from 1995 to 1997, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering.

We handle all coordination, facilitation, and communication in collaboration with you making it easy to integrate our programs into your additional talent development activities. We have a membership model that makes it easy for you to offer learning programs to all of your managers. We can serve as your fractional leadership development team, offering recurring programming year-round and empowering your leaders to opt in when they are available and ready to learn. We offer cohort programs for leaders at all levels. Our Emerging Leaders program is great for pre-manager rising stars, our Developing Leaders program is great for newer managers, and our Advanced Leaders program is designed for more experienced managers-of-managers. We also run regular standalone workshops and refresher sessions on selected topics, all included in your membership. While we do offer private experiences, most of our offerings are blended with participants from a diverse set of companies, exposing your leaders to a broad spectrum of experiences and perspectives, and introducing them to a large extended community of learning-minded leaders. In the last year these programs have helped grow leaders from over 150 companies including Airtable, Better, CustomerIO, ezCater, Ford/Spin, GoodRx, Industrious, JustWorks, OnDeck, OpenSesame, Peloton, Plusgrade, Robin Powered, Square, SVB, Tulip, and Underdog.
