John Christian Yumul (JC)

John Christian "JC" Yumul is an experienced service manager and producer with a strong background in telecommunications and media production. Currently serving as the Service Manager for Business Customer Service at Rogers Communications since September 2019, JC excels in managing high-profile client relations, project planning, and process improvements. With previous roles at Eagle Broadcasting Corporation as a part-time producer and at Shaw Communications, TELUS, Verizon Enterprise Solutions, and AT&T in various technical and engineering capacities, JC demonstrates significant expertise in network operations, technical support, and project management.
