Karianne Langfield is the Director of Communications + Digital at Eagle Brook Church, where Karianne provides strategic brand management and leadership to various departments. Karianne is also a Creative + Communications Project Manager, strengthening ministry relationships and leading creative teams for strategic planning. Additionally, Karianne served as the Pastor of Guest Experience, developing visionary events and directing volunteers to create impactful guest experiences. Prior to their current role, Karianne held positions as an Operations Manager at PROCENTIVE.COM, INC and Deluxe Decorators Inc. Karianne Langfield has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Superior.

Eagle Brook is one church with 10 locations throughout Minnesota, including: Anoka, Apple Valley, Blaine, Ham Lake, Lino Lakes, Rochester, Spring Lake Park, White Bear Lake, Woodbury, and Wayzata.
