Eagle Builders is a family-owned and operated manufacturing and construction company rooted in Christian values. We specialize in the design, engineering, fabrication, and construction of precast concrete structures.

We are proud to offer work experience and Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) opportunities for high school and post-secondary students. These opportunities are ongoing, as we aim to grow our team with passionate and qualified students eager to explore careers in the construction industry.

Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP)

The RAP program is designed for high school students interested in pursuing a trade or apprenticeship. Through RAP, students gain valuable hands-on experience while earning credits toward their high school diploma.

• Carpenter – Manufacturing Facility
• Ironworker (Reinforcing) – Manufacturing Facility
• Heavy Equipment Technician – Maintenance Facility
• Millwright – Maintenance Facility
• Ironworker (Structural/Ornamental) – Field

Post-secondary Opportunities

We provide college and university students with real-world experience in an innovative, fast-paced construction environment, helping them build skills and set the foundation for successful careers.

Opportunities Include:

• Internships: Project management, estimating, architectural technology, interior design, drafting, accounting, and more.
• Job Shadowing & On-the-Job Training: Gain hands-on insights into your field of interest.
• Construction Knowledge Development: Enhance your skills and understanding of the construction industry.
