Frank De Costanzo

Frank De Costanzo is the Chief Financial Officer at Eagle Bulk Shipping. Frank has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry.

De Costanzo started their career as a Commercial Banking Trainee at UBS AG in 1984. Frank then moved to The Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank Ltd. (DKB) in 1985, where they worked their way up to Vice President of Capital Markets. In 1998, they left DKB to join Pitney Bowes Inc. as their Finance Director of International Software. Frank spent 12 years with Pitney Bowes before joining Kinross Gold Corporation in 2010 as their Vice President and Treasurer. In 2015, they joined Catalyst Paper Corporation as their Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Frank left Catalyst Paper in 2016 to join Eagle Bulk Shipping as their Chief Financial Officer.

Frank De Costanzo earned an MBA in Executive Program from University of Connecticut School of Business and a BS in Finance from Providence College. Frank also attended Westhill High School.
