Jeffrey Dueñas

Jeffrey Dueñas has extensive experience as a marine engineer, with their most recent role being Chief Marine Engineer at Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc., starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they served as Chief Marine Engineer at Star Bulk from December 2021 to April 2023. Before that, they held the same position at UMMS, Union Marine Management Services Pte. Ltd from May 2018 to June 2021. Jeffrey began their career as a 3rd Engineer Officer at Crystal Cruises in February 2003 and has since held various roles as a 2nd Engineer Officer in companies such as Pacific Basin Shipping Limited, Hanjin Shipping, Holland America Line, Seabourn Cruise Line.

Jeffrey Dueñas attended the Magasaysay Institute of Shipping from 1993 to 1994, where they completed the Marine Officer Course. In 2018, they enrolled at the National Maritime Polytechnic and completed the IMO Model Course 6.09, specifically in the field of study of Instructor Course.
