Ray Kilgore

Ray Kilgore has extensive experience in engineering and design, with a career spanning several decades. Since December 1997, Ray has worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Eagle Crusher Co., where various roles included Maintenance Foreman, CNC Programmer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Scheduler, supervising up to five employees in the Maintenance Department. As the Owner/Operator of Kilgore Drafting since March 1995, Ray specializes in designing homes, machinery, and equipment, tailoring details to customer specifications. Previously, Ray served as a Tooling Engineer at McClain Industries from May 1984 to December 1997, focusing on setting up, programming, and repairing CNC machinery while supervising the Tool and Die Department. Ray holds a Certification in Drafting from Pioneer Career & Technology Center and graduated from Willard High School.
